After numerous sms messages telling me to book a routine appointment I went a head and arranged a appointment for myself and two children, this in it self has to take planning, rearranging after school activities etc. I turn up at the expected time to a waiting room full of patients and was told my booking was not on the system, the receptionist told me they had a few new starters on reception no real apology, my children could of been seen shortly but not myself, I asked when they could be seen and was told just after 5 which I questioned due to a full waiting room. I then rearranged for another day which has been very inconvenient. Having had issues with this surgery in the past with letters stating I had missed appointments etc and me having to contact them stating this has never been the case, I have little faith on the organisation of this practice. Luckily no issues with treatment.

Had a absolutely wonderful experience today, dentist and all staff were exceptional Can recommend to anyone. So happy with treatment Well done to all xx
