    Arrived 5 mins late for my appointment i dont like driving after stroke so it takes alot of effort. Refusing to treat me after I apologised so asked to cut my clean short ,was rude told no and I would be charged .How can you be charged for a appointment you turned up for I never complain when they are running late.or have to cancel me even when I have to book time off work .I had to wait 6 months for this appointment. Now been refused another appointment..disgusting service and no way to treat customers even when they have a disability

    Dear Patient, Thank you for taking the time to write this feedback. I am sorry that you did not have a good experience with us. I know that the vast majority of our patients have a good experience with us and the fact that you did not is of concern to me. We aim to see all of our patients even if they are running late but sometimes it is not possible and this may be due to a number of reasons, usually related to the treatment that is planned. Please understand that we run very busy patient lists and sometimes we may be running late due to various reasons much like your GP or the hospital. I will, of course, take your feedback on board and discuss this matter with the practice.
