A very welcoming practice from the start to end of appointment. The dentist is very efficient, gentle and thorough with his treatment. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

The NHS care at this dental practice is absolutely terrible. We've all had appointments cancelled rescheduled then cancelled again with a day's notice. Last time I went I had the most painful heavy handed rush job couldn't care less clean in and out in 5 minutes. I took my child for an emergency appointment same dentist few minutes in and out all she said "well there's no saving that (tooth) it will full out as it's a baby tooth" anyway I knew that we'd be back because nothing was done and well a month later he needs to go back because of this. It's really gone down hill in the last 18 months we've never had any problems before it was a good dental practice but not anymore.

I had a wisdom tooth removed a few days ago by one of the original dentists who is professional, gentle and friendly. I am aware that the new owner has struggled to recruit nhs dentists and this has caused problems with appointments but the service I had was excellent.

being really frightened of going to the dentist I get myself all worked up. but since going to this dentist which is over 10 years now I have got more confident due to the caring dentist who knows my fears and puts me at ease. my last visit was to have a broken tooth repaired and he gave me three options to repair the tooth. the dentist talked me through the procedure and if I felt uncomfortable to let the dentist know. all the staff there are very caring and understanding and I wouldn't dream of going any where else. being a clean freak I am more than satisfied with the practice and its hygiene. it takes me 20/30 mins to get there by car so I would rather go there than in my local town

I have been going to this dental practice now for several years and have never had any problems. The staff are lovely they are always pleasant and polite. You are never kept waiting long to go in for your treatment. I would definitely recommend them.

Since changing hands and taking on private patients the dentist has seriously gone down hill. They cancelled three appointments for various reasons and when I managed to see a dentist (fourth time of re-booking) it felt rushed and was actually very painful; which I’ve never had before. If you’re and NHS patient they will now only see you every 9 months whereas if you’re private, you can be seen every 6 months. I also tried to book an emergency appointment with them as I have been having problems for approximately 6 weeks but they wouldn’t see me. Told me to “see how it goes”. Absolutely shocking service. Would not recommend. If I could change to another NHS dentist, I would - but no one is taking on patients.

Always cancelling your appointments often on the day, I’m on my third cancellation of an appointment I was supposed to have 4 months ago. Quite unprofessional considering I’m taking time out of work for no reason and sorting children out. Shame the as the place has so much potential but I think there getting too complacent.

Painless, very quick and easy extraction of a rear molar. so relieved it was so easy . No more toothache and can enjoy my holiday! Many thanks .

We attended for our appointments recently and as always we were treated well by everyone. Can I just make 2 observations though - please turn down the heat especially in the waiting room - it is far too hot, people were commenting about the heat - and must be costing you a fortune now. Finally it is very unprofessional to see a young member of staff sitting behind the desk doing nothing except being on her mobile phone. Please consider banning mobile phones from your front desk. Thank you.
