A very welcoming dental practice.Always guaranteed a friendly welcome as you walk in.The dentist was very friendly,approachable,and made me feel at ease straight away.She explained in detail about what dental work i required and gave me lots of useful information about how to achieve a higher level of oral hygiene.Very impressed with this surgery.

The dentist was very pleased with my teeth the way I had looked after them. He said I was due an X-ray which he did and found everything was alright. Just book in for a checkup in 6 months time.

Had to have a tooth out but the experience was not nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be. The dentist did an excellent job and I barely felt any pain at all. They were also very honest about what needed to be done and advised me against having a more expensive treatment as they said that it would only be temporary and would not last more than 6 to 12 months. I appreciated that they were doing what is right thing for the patient and not just trying to make more money. Thank you.

The entire experience was very conducted very well and beyond expectations Having listened to my problem, everything was explained to me as a thorough examination was conducted followed by several x-rays. A review options was given regarding further treatment to be conducted on my next visit. To my surprise granted a second appointment in a mere 5 days for the extensive dental work to get done. Exemplary professionalism by all staff I had encountered.

Having had a tooth extraction done 4 days ago, the pain wasn't abating despite a cocktail of painkillers. Called in on a Friday desperate to be seen by a dentist. Received a call back within 30 minutes, that a second dentist will see me in 90 minutes with a possible wait as it's not a scheduled appointment. I went in expecting to be called a wuss for complaining about the ongoing pain. The enthusiastic and very skilled dentist extracted the remaining root channel fragment within 30 minutes of me being seated. I was kindly prescribed antibiotics and sent on my merry way albeit face still heavily numb. Exemplary professionalism and service.

the Treatment I received was top notch and I would recommend this dentist based on this. Please double check that you have to pay as I was advised I had to pay for a chid, who is in Full time education. This is incorrect. A simple goggle check can confirm this.

As always staff pleasant when you walk in, Appt was 10.15am and was called through a few minutes after. Place always looks clean and tidy. Dentist and nurse both polite and made me feel comfortable, said what they were going to do after I explained what was going on and whilst doing the treatment spoke continuously which makes me feel more at ease. Was always a nervy patient due to childhood experiences with dentists but am very happy to come to this practice and so does all my family as well. Also in the past when needed an emergency appointment they have always tried to get me in with someone as soon as they could.

The reception staff are friendly, helpful and reliable. I was reminded of my appointment my both SMS text message and email. I waited less than 15 minutes for my appointment and received polite and respectful treatment from the dentist. I did not experience any pain or any other issues during my filling of a rear molar. The hygienist service is also very good as are the receptionists. My view that this is the best dental.practice in Harlow and certainly the best experience in my adult life.

It was a last minute appointment. The service was incredible. The Dentist was very friendly and professional. He made me feel very comfortable.
