Was given this practices details to contact after phoning 111 because my wisdom tooth was growing into my other teeth. I was in extreme pain. So I called them. Was on hold for around 20 mins. The countdown you are 8th in the que 7th in the que 6th, 5th, 4th 3rd 2nd, 1st. Then somebody answered but unfortunately they slammed the phone back down again. I was back to square 1. This was my only hope of getting treatment. Tried again - Same thing. Just hung up the phone after 20 mins on hold. Some time passed. I tried again out of desperation. We can see you the nice sounding lady said "hurray!" there was some hope of getting out of this dreadful pain. By this time my back tooth had split in two but we only have space for Private patients and it will cost you upwards of £300. Unfortunately I wasnt in a position to pay that. My hopes were raised but then dashed! Thanks a bunch - Upselling to NHS patients who are in extreme pain is really not ethical or morally right. I am still in extreme pain while I write this. I have no idea when this nightmare will end. Thanks alot!! Winsover Dental Practice - not.

Had a call today letting me know I have to wait 2-3 years for NHS treatment. I had been on the waiting list for a couple of years already and explained this, not that the person who called wanted to know that just wanted to push the private practice of course. If you are calling patients with details of availability to private care spaces perhaps you shouldn't pretend you had space for NHS patients in the first instance. New to the area full of promises to people who deserve to be on NHS Dental care, you know you've got us by the short and curlies

Opens at 08:30 but the dentists never arriver before about 09:10. Why book appointments for 08:30 if you're not arriving until 09:10. It's happened to me 3 times in a row. They swan in late like everything is fine. Then lie and tell you they were catching up from yesterday which is why they're late. I just saw you walk in, why lie!!

Receptionist rude, poor dentist service, don't clean out teeth before fillings, fillings falling out in a weeks time, fillings are not smooth. Asked for filling change as can clearly see the colour change , but dentist not interested in doing that.

Phoned to get registered only to be told there's a 3 year waiting list but you can get an appointment if you go private, this isn't what was implied on the website, it said there were taking on new patients nothing was mentioned about a 3 year waiting list. How are you suppose to pay for private treatment it's expensive.

Although listed on here as accepting new patients when you complete the form online you don't hear anything. On ringing the practice we've been told that they are putting people on a waiting list of 2-3 years so is not accepting registrations currently. Feels a mean spirited way of collecting data from people in need of treatment.

Terrible service. They are only interested in private patients. My daughter had four cancelled appointments within one month. Do they take in NHS Patients? The answer is yes as long as you pay them!! I would not recommend this practice as the receptionist lies about a missed appointment when we clearly did not even take the appointment as we were away on holiday. Had an argument with the practice manager who actually called me a liar! Stay Away From This Practice!

I hour wait, patients not informed, when queried with reception staff, very rude and aggressive and was told it was not in her remitt to check if the surgery is running late !!
