Having visited -And the Dentist confirming with X-ray tooth was infected! was refused antibiotics for tooth infection. After chasing for 36hrs finally obtained some. During my appointment the dentist was talking thorough personal details of other patients and leaving names and addresss on full view. Reception staff had no idea how to book me or out as I left. Had to contact another branch of JDRM and several emails to finally make contact to get a prescription. Having received a second opinion from a private dentist - it was found that from the xrayed tooth that infection had spread to the neighbouring tooth. JDRM hadn’t noticed this and only offered extraction. Have since had both teeth repaired and filled.

Great young man , very calm and reassuring, his assistant was kind and caring, a real asset to jdrm, it was a real pleasure to meet a young professoinal man who has a good attitude towards customer care, i wish he was a regular dentist at oakham dental practise

Calm reassurance from kind dentist, time for nervous patients who need additional time to ask questions before hand, nothing is too much trouble I would highly recommend them

Had a check up ,Any Problems, Yes a broken tooth, Pain here, worn teeth here. Did the check up and said you should go private. Same with previous check up needed a filling booked extra time ended up going private while on holiday. My conclusion is check ups are easy money
