I had a dental checkup and after that a hygienist appointment on 22nd March 2024. The staff at both appointments were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They told me both the positive and negative aspects of the state of my teeth and gums and what I should do to improve the state of them. As well as that, they both answered all my questions regarding this in a polite and patient manner without being condescending and abrupt. Finally, the receptionists were also friendly and polite and also were very flexible in giving me a variety of appointment dates which suited me.

I was informed that I did not complete my questionnaire before my appointment when this was inaccurate and untrue. The dentist failed to spot that I had gum disease. When I mentioned this after my treatment, he fed or at least tried to give the impression that he did spot it, but it was very very minor. This is an absolute Professional stance in my opinion. He then suggested that I need a course of hygienic treatment to the cost of £93 when I tried to explain to him that I need treatment for the disease. He was unprepared to listen. The receptionist at the practice could do with more customer, service, training and improvement of their listening skills.

Excellent treatment as always! Helpful, friendly staff and quick and easy dental check-up. I’m not always very comfortable about visiting the dentists, but never have any concerns with this surgery.

I had a lovely experience at Inspire dental practice, they added me to a waiting list and contacted me when a slot became available since it's so hard to get a dentist at the minute! The reception staff were friendly and the dentist was really kind and kept checking I was comfortable and not in pain. Highly recommend.

Friendly and kind dentist, very quick appointment. Sad you can't combine hygienist and dentist appointment as I have limited time I can make it for the opening hours, but I believe that's the same at all dentists
