My appointment was on time, all of the staff are extremely friendly, polite and professional. My hygienist appointment went smoothly and I felt safe and well looked after throughout.

My dentist is really great. My two front teeth are crowns and one broke. I was very nervous about getting it replaced due to matching, size, tone colour etc but my dentist really did an incredible job on this

Hygienist always does a great job & NHS Dentist always welcoming & friendly (when available) and made my Daughter feel safe & comfortable during her first few visits! Receptionists are helpful and kind. Recently I’ve had a problem getting through on my mobile phone and spent lots of wasted hours being held in the waiting system only to find I got through immediately when dialling from a different phone! I don’t know if my number has been blocked or there’s an issue with the phone system but hearing I’m not the only person having trouble. Overall though I highly recommend

The staff at this practice were amazing. They were very kind, smiling and welcoming. They did dental assessment for me thoroughly and explained my options with gum recession. Hygienist was very good at removing scales, giving good recommendations and feedback on my dental cleaning so that I could improve. I am very happy with the care and would recommend everyone.

My appointment was at 2:35pm on Friday 16th May 2025. I arrived 10 mins prior to my appointment and checked in at the downstairs reception. After waiting for 30 mins, I checked with reception to ask when I would be seen. The lady asked me if I had checked in and asked if I had been there the whole time! I explained I had been there since 2:25pm, had checked in with her colleague and had been waiting patiently there the whole time. She apologised and said the dentist was running late. After waiting an hour, I said I could wait no longer and requested that I re-book. This was a Friday afternoon I was wasting. Just as I was in the process of re-booking, I was called in. The dentist apologised and said I hadn’t been booked in, so I was missed! Please can you feed this back to the receptionist. It’s vital they book patients in correctly and ensure people are ‘ticked’ on the list. What a waste of my time. I was sat there for over an hour just for a check up! I appreciate mistakes happen but this is a basic!

Always accommodating to my needs, try to support me working and seeing the dentist when it’s convenient for me. Explain everything clearly, and as I have a child with SEN needs this is very important.

I've seen a new hygienist recently, who is very good. She is thorough yet gentle. Last time I went, it was less painful than it can be, so thumbs up from me.

I visited the hygienist and was treated by a very caring man. He could see I was nervous, he asked me questions and had a calming manor. He treated me with great care and was very gentle whilst cleaning my teeth. Of all the hygienist that I have seen over the years I would say that he has been one of the best if not the best hygienist. I am no fan of the dentist but would be happy to book a future appointment to treat me again after the previous appointment.
