My appointment was in time and I use the practice for a hygiene appointment. I would only suggest that the hygienist not keep recommending the patient to get a electric toothbrush they are expensive and not everyone can afford to buy one.

helped me to emergency treatment after 111 service failed me this is my usual dentists who informed me they had a spot for emergency but id have to go through 111 service to get appointment...i tried this and 111 service failed to get me an appointment to my dentist even though id been told my dentist could fit me in.....its in my local area...i explained they could fit me in.....thankfully when i explained this to inspire they got me in.....111 useless (it should all be recorded on phone)

My hygienist appointment was excellent both in terms of the results (good feedback for me!) and the treatment I received. My hygienist paves the way for a pleasant visit as always. Friendly and patient. Always encourages my questions and gives time to answer which provides a comfortable and anxiety free visit. Assistant lovely too. I appreciate the familiarity in seeing the same hygienist and the practice is everso welcoming. Thank you again.

I was attended to in a timely manner and assisted in completing the online form. The dental professional gave me clear information on my dental state which enabled me to make decisions on the care provided. The Dentist was professional and reassuring during the procedure itself. There was smooth working between the team members.

*****I went for an emergency tooth treatment via NHS 111 referral , Got there, no time wasting, I was well advised and supported. Re-booked for another visit for further assessment within 48hrs at no further costs. Fantastic team & dentists. They were really interested in my wellbeing and cost effectiveness that will benefit me. I am looking to permanently registered with them ASAP***

The hygienist that I saw, gave me a thorough clean pain free I would recommend this lady. The only problem I have with this practice is the staff seem to move on quite quickly, so you get to see different people.
