   I visited this practise for an appointment and was informed at reception of an unpaid balance from a visit 5 months prior. I was surprised as no communication about this had been sent in the interim. When I sought clarification to ensure there was no misunderstanding I found the staff unable to provide clear answers and felt the situation was poorly handled. This issue could have been avoided with better communication and a more professional approach at the reception. My previous experiences with the dentist practitioners in the practice were fine.
