  1. Review titled Struggling to get in touch with practice

Rated 3 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 16 April 2025

I try to contact the practice by phone, no one answers. I leave voicemails and no one answers them, so resort to emailing and no one answers. It is really bad to try and make any contact with them.

  2. Review titled Waiting times

Rated 3 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 23 April 2025

Why as a long existing customer of this dental practice now have long waiting times when your appointment is due? I could kind of understand if my appointment was an emergency but my appointment was made months ago, waiting for an hour is ridiculous, I feel sorry for those with young children. My wife has also experienced it with a longer waiting time, well over an hour. It's ridiculous especially that you are now sat in corridor so not many chairs available let alone being in the way of others. I am aware it's been taken over some months ago but surely these issues should not be happening, It's got worse since the take over, yet have an extra dental room, as that was the waiting room!! Is this what we now have to endure on the NHS, we work and don't have time to sit around for at least 1hr before being seen, some have make their time back too, like my wife.

  4. Review titled No one picks up the phone...

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 06 February 2025

Following a cancelled booking, despite numerous attempts each lasting 30mins+ to try and re-book and appointment, no one pick up the phone. Very disappointed with this service. Once I am able to attend an appointment the actual treatment with the dentist is OK.

  5. Review titled Horrible!

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 14 January 2025

I called to inquire if they accept new patients because I’ve just moved to the area, and my daughter has had a toothache for two days. Today, the pain got worse, so I called Imperial Dental to register my daughter, who is 5 years old. A lady answered the phone, and after I asked if they were accepting new patients, she simply hung up on me. I tried calling again, thinking it might be a connection issue, but no one answered anymore. Horrible!

  7. Review titled Never answer the phone!

Rated 3 stars out of 5

by Miss Sara S Alcock - Posted on 20 November 2024

I have complained about this numerous times at the actual practice. The phones are left ringing and ringing. You can never get through. It is also super annoying, as a patient, sitting listening to the phones ring. I have witnessed these calls being ignored whilst the staff chit chat. I do not trust leaving a message as they do not get back to you. I want to move my appointment, have tried all day and cannot get through. I want to speak to someone as I do not trust they will not pick up my message and then try to charge me for a missed appointment. This is not good practice. Someone in need could have my appointment!

  8. Review titled Fantastic!

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Stephanie - Posted on 23 November 2024

I am a new patient and had my first visit in November. I then went back for treatment as I had lost a filling (done at a previous dental practice) and left very happy. My dentist was so gentle, he listened to me and explained everything. I was amazed I did not feel a thing! I am a nervous person and have been to many different dentists in the past. I would like to say a massive thankyou to the dentist and show my appreciation. I would highly recommend.
