I have been a patient for several years and am always happy to visit. The team are friendly and professional. The environment is fresh, bright and spotless. The dentists are very thorough and always take the time to explain what they are doing, and make sure that I’m comfortable. I can’t recommend this practice more highly! They make going to the dentist a comfortable and stress free experience. Thank you to the whole team!

It is as if the practice has closed down but left its answering machine switched on. Trying for a few weeks now to get in touch. By phone I spend 2 minutes on hold every time and then it goes to voicemail. By e-mail there is no response. By message submitted on their website there is no response. Yet the website indicates they are still operating. Quite apart from my own difficulties, I have no idea how they are actually able to run the practice when they are not contactable.

I have been coming to this practice for many years and it has had a very hard time through Covid. It treated many people whose regular dentists ditched them when they needed help, indeed seeing my own father when he was in terrible pain but his own dentist point blank refused to see him. They are kind, understanding and absolutely great not to mention that they are so hygienic you could picnic on their floor! Yes it’s hard to get an appointment but that is a testimony to how in demand they are and yes it is hard to get through but from my experience it is not through lack of trying or that they are ever closed (open till 8pm and open till 5pm on Saturdays!) but simply they that they are trying hard to respond to everyone and deal with everyone’s needs. They are really fantastic and I would highly recommend. Try emailing them it gets a quicker response in my experience.

Gréât dentists, but it takes literally months to get anyone to answer your emails or phone call. When I asked reception in person, they claim never to receive any so i suspect they have changed their phone number and not told anybody. Absolutely disgusting level of care for patients but they also make it impossible to make a complaint!

Don’t know what happened to their booking system. Scheduled to see a dentist and was asked three times to move my appointment at very short notice. Waited for an hour when I finally made it….

I was very happy with the dentist I say her kind and professional manner. Also I had a crown put in that was appropriate to my needs and care was taken you match it which was very reassuring

Something has gone incredibly wrong with the management of this practice and Imperial College should consider whether the way this practice is managed and run is something that is suitable to be associated with the Imperial College name. Having tried for at least six months to get an appointment, via email or telephone, I was finally able to get their attention by physically going to the practice. The receptionist was busy arranging flowers - so I can imagine why my calls and voicemails were not answered. I am unable to comment on the professionalism of the dental surgeons as I've still, more than seven months on been unable to secure even a check-up appointment. I'll be looking to find either another NHS dental practice or going private. Imperial College really needs to think about whether this practice is conveying the sort of image that the College wishes to have associated with its name.

I had a very pleasant experience at this dental surgery. My check up was thorough and extremely helpful and my teeth were looked after extremely well. All staff were brilliant too.
