Delighted to hear re possible NHS place only to be dismayed at treatment. So many good reviews I was expecting a positive and professional experience. The female dentist I saw was really abrupt with no attempt to put me at ease. She was also really rough and broke part of an existing filling so i now have a large hole and need emergency treatment. I experienced a lack of gentleness, sensitivity or care from this dentist. I have subsequently received no response to my email to the practice manager via reception regarding my experience. Really scary and disappointing experience.

Been twice to this dentist and both times the dentist has said they didn’t want to treat me on the NHS and I should pay to go private. Had a root canal done on NHS and left there with my tooth half filled and in more pain then I ever had! It’s been 2 weeks now and still the pain it there. Now registering with a new dentist!

the date of the appointment I was given when I phoned was entered wrongly onto their system so I arrived to find the dates didn't match, their mistake, A new appointment was made but was left hanging around the waiting room with no information about delays. Eventually was given a prescription by the dentist, which I took to the pharmacy, only to find it was missing a stamp. The receptionist told me It was my fault for not requesting the stamp on paying for the appointment- surely a precription should be ready to use when the patient is given it. Really bad communication all round, and the staff seem chaotic and don't seem to know what they're doing. It felt like a very unsatisfactory visit.

My dentist was very good and assessed my needs and concerns before going ahead with treatment. During the 90 minute procedure I was constantly reassured and checked upon. Very good experience

Came in as an emergency patient and was treated straight away. All staff were kind ,understanding and respectful. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I broke a tooth and as usual my dentist and nurse dealt with me professionally and gently. I used to be nervous, but I am always put at ease. They are so friendly, chatty and extremely good.

Have been a patient for many years. Never ever had a problem getting an appointment or the treatment either asked for or recommended. 5 Star staff and dentist.

Very professional check up with discussion about one’s teeth and what might need to happen in the future . I felt I was being very well cared for and have full confidence that the best will always be done for me

I visited Iffley Dental with a severe toothache. The treatment was excellent. In addition, I was informed of the possible causes of the pain, and the treatment was explained very carefully.
