    I’ve lost count of the times this dentist has cancelled my appointments. The most recent piece of genius is that he dentist asks you to book an appointment in 6 months, but the reception can’t book that far in advance so you have to ring them up a month later to arrange an appointment

    Firstly the practice informed me I would have to go fully private and the receptionist refused to give me help to find another NHS practice . I actually remember her from last time , really defensive and rude with no people skills .Secondly they rescheduled my appointment to a few weeks later and when I did turn up today we’re already late by 15 mins ( I have work appointments so need appointments to be on time ) . I decided I was not happy with this a there lack of care for NHS patients whom they seem to have left stranded . Receptionist is one of the worst health care receptionists I’ve every come across , absolutely unhelpful
