Today is the first day after a month I could enjoy my meal and had a general feel of comfort. My fillings fell off and the regular dentist said the teeth would require a root canal treatment and I have been given an appointment for Feb 2025 which is in two months time. The discomfort however became unbearable and I had to call this emergency dentist. The receptionist was helpful. She made sure it was an emergency and made clear what they aim to do, that is, to relieve the pain and discomfort. I was given an appointment in two hours. The dentist and the nurse were friendly, helpful and considerate. The treatment went smoothly and well. My pain and discomfort is gone. I ate the first meal in a month that was not struggle. The place and the service turned out to be a real messiah amidst the despondence around dental health serivce.

We had to attend again today for my son and the service was excellent. From the lady that answered the phone, to the dental nurse and the dentist himself, everyone was friendly, reassuring and kind. Thanks so much.

The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, as were the dentist and his co-worker. Sensing my nerves the dentist put me at ease and fixed my broken tooth painlessly and quickly. I was impressed with the service provided and found it a very positive experience overall.

Today was my second visit to the practice and on each occasion I received a level of care that it would be difficult to imagine being surpassed. The commitment of all the staff is extraordinary, given that they are available every day throughout the year and have not missed a day for more than 13 years. I'm extremely grateful to all the staff at the practice for the help they have provided for me. It is reassuring to know that such dedicated and skilled people are available at times of great need. Even on Christmas Day.

My daughter had a tooth infected for almost a week and we still have a few days until her dentist appointment so I was worried. I called in the morning and after a few calls they answered. They were so helpful and nice, best dentist service I ever received. So understanding and patient I wish they will be my regular dentist. Thank you so much

Phoned on Saturday mid morning having had an excruciating, sleepless night of extreme dental pain. Call was answered straight away (no queues or recorded messaging) by an extremely helpful receptionist. 15 minutes later the dentist phoned me back and an appointment was made for 12.20 that afternoon. On arrival, as soon as I completed paperwork, the dentist was ready to see me. Assessed and treated professionally and expertly. All staff were helpful, polite, friendly and empathetic. I was suffering from serious toothache on Christmas day. I called up, got an appointment, was treated and was back home again in 2 hours. They were kind and friendly and genuinely lovely. Thank you.

Phoned today in sheer agony knowing I needed an urgent extraction, the receptionist was polite and all round amazing. I have a severe phobia of dentists and honestly could not fault the dentist that did the extraction today, he was happy to take things at my own pace, kept me in the loop of what he was doing and when, always checked that I was okay throughout the procedure, if I wanted him to stop he stopped straight away until I was ready to continue, the dentist’s assistant was also amazing and very caring. Honestly couldn’t fault these guys at all!!!
