Grateful to have been able to have access to this service. Very professional, competent and friendly practice. Was advised by my usual dentist to contact this emergency service as couldn’t be seen before the weekend. So pleased I did and got an appointment. Thank you

The whole team from the reception to the dentist were incredibly attentive. The dentist A explained everything in an easy to understand manner. The receptionists were super lovely. The whole place was extremely clean.

Everyone here is so friendly and understanding. I got caught in traffic and became late, I phoned to cancel but they offered to wait for me, keeping the surgery open a bit later for me. I don’t know what state I would have been if I had another night with a painful tooth. Highly recommend

The team were so friendly and professional. I had a difficult treatment needed and the dentist ran through some options and gave me details of why and how they were going to proceed with my treatment.

In contrast to calling Hastings where I waited over an hour to be told they are closed, my call was picked up immediately. I was listened to and given clear instructions. Call backs were as informed. The reception staff and dentist were interested. Friendly, Caring and polite. My emergency was dealt with on arrival (no wait). Follow up instructions were given.

A lifesaver if you need emergency dental work done, especially out-of-hours when everything else is closed, in Brighton. On this occasion it was fine as expected.

Having spent a sleepless night in agony, I phoned the emergency line first thing Saturday morning and was swiftly allocated an 11.45 appointment. At the practice, all staff were friendly, professional and empathetic. The dentist took care to assess and then fully explain my options. Treatment was carried out expertly. I returned home, pain-free. Many thanks.

This service is a life saver. I have a dry socket for the first time and they are helping me with the infection and cleaning. I'm truly grateful for for the help I have received here.

All staff members from the initial phone call to walking back out of the door were so helpful. They cared and were calming. I was seen within an hour of my initial call and tooth removed. The dentist goes above and beyond. Helping me to find a regular dentist. I am so grateful.
