I called on Easter Sunday and spoke to someone very helpful. She asked me to take photos and email them with my details. I was called back within an hour by a really helpful dentist giving me two options. I opted to collect a prescription which he said would be ready within half an hour. I collected the prescription which was ready. The staff at the surgery were extremely helpful and told me where the chemist was bearing in mind it was Easter Sunday. Very impressed with the service I received.

Great receptionists who go out of their way to help you Fantastic Dentist Caring and Professional . Client centred care at its best .Thank you so much everyone Only negative was getting through in the first place ( week end ) Highly recommended Thank you everyone .

Helped me when I was in need and for that I can only be greatful. Thank you to all staff members who had the patience to help me with my emergency in such short time. I will definitely 100% recommend this dental clinic to anyone who has any doubts.

Very nice staff and really good doctor, and the building was very nice. I make all the papers and I could see the doctor with in 5 min only.

Really wonderful service provided - both receptionists were so kind and comforting, and the dentist and dental nurse I saw were really reassuring and calm when I was seen. Thank you!

I'm so unbelievably grateful to have been able to access this NHS dental service on Easter Sunday. I I had been in severe pain from a filling that was irritating the nerve in my tooth and couldn't sleep or eat properly. I was seen quickly and the staff were lovely. I don't know what I would have done without their help. Thank you so much to everyone there who gave up their bank holiday weekend to ensure people in pain could get treatment.

My son woke up on Easter Sunday with a very painful toothache. We were seen very quickly and the problem was resolved. Everyone was really friendly and professional. Thank you very much!

Called on a Sunday morning and was given an appointment straight away. Everyone was friendly and my dental problem was found and I was given a prescription. Very happy with the service.

Having had an emergency appointment the previous weekend to get antibiotics to treat a root canal abscess that was causing considerable discomfort I returned after finishing the course and opted for extraction of the guilty party, a broken lower front incisor. Throughout the process the dentists main concern was my comfort, ensuring I had enough numbing injections before extracting the tooth which was snapped at the gum line. Although such an experience is always uncomfortable I can assure any nervous patients that there was zero pain and the relief from the constant throbbing caused by the infection was considerable and well worth the minor discomfort which was mostly mental on my part and any slight after effects easily dealt with by over the counter pain meds. There was clear instructions on after care but the relief from the abscess pain was the main thing on my mind and my first pain free sleep for over a fortnight. Thanks to all involved for your care. Since Covid it's been a lot harder to access NHS dental care so having the emergency dental service available is a God send and I'm very thankful for their services.

I had to use the emergency service at the weekend, the receptionist was helpful on the phone and then an appointment was made with ease. The dentist was very helpful and dealt with the problem efficiently. Great service all round.
