my son was suffering with pain, and the staff were extremely accommodating from start to finnish to get him out of the pain he was in. would highly recommend from the receptionists to the dentist himself.

I was in a lot of pain and quite upset when I rang the emergency dental line. The receptionist helped me calm down, took my information and booked me a as n appointment that morning. I was so grateful. When I arrived I was treated kindly and efficiently by everyone I met. The dentist saw me promptly and explained what the issue was. I was given good advice and some antibiotics. I was so relieved to find that there is an emergency dentist local to us Brighton and very grateful for all the help.

Had toothache for a week and could not get an appointment at my own dentist. Was directed to this practice by 111 service. Was seen by a lovely gentleman who prescribed antibiotics. Hopefully on the mend soon.

I brought my 82 year old mum today who was experiencing terrible tooth pain and swelling she has a phobia of the dentist and limited mobility. The lady on reception was absolutely lovely very reassuring. The dentist and nurse were excellent with my mums care and wellbeing. They were all very helpful and understanding and even assisted my mum off the chair by lowering it so she could get her feet on the ground then lifting it a little so she could stand. It's a real pleasure to meet such nice and friendly staff, I cannot give them as much praise as they deserve.

I needed an emergency appointment on a Sunday, due to extreme pain. I called up and the receptionist was lovely and booked me in within 2hrs the same day, they were kind and polite when I arrived as well. The dentist and nurse were superb, they were kind, sympathetic and reassuring. He numbed my mouth for examination and then extracted my tooth painlessly. All done in 15mins. Highly recommended and an enormous relief to know they are available for emergencies under the NHS.

I can’t put into words how incredible the staff at this practice were towards my son & I , they made both of us feel so uncomfortable and reassured us. They gave my son the 1st appointment on New Year’s Day and saw him so quickly. He was really scared and nervous and they did everything they could to put him at ease. I wish the dentist and dental nurse could be our permanent dentists they were so great!

Grateful to have been able to have access to this service. Very professional, competent and friendly practice. Was advised by my usual dentist to contact this emergency service as couldn’t be seen before the weekend. So pleased I did and got an appointment. Thank you

The whole team from the reception to the dentist were incredibly attentive. The dentist A explained everything in an easy to understand manner. The receptionists were super lovely. The whole place was extremely clean.
