I visited this practice in extreme pain, and an X-ray confirmed I had a dental abscess. Despite this, the only treatment provided was oral antibiotics—no attempt was made to drain the infection or properly address the issue. Unfortunately, my condition worsened, with increased swelling and escalating discomfort. This is a serious infection inside my head, yet I was simply sent away without any real intervention to relieve the pressure or prevent further complications. I expected urgent care to mean more than just prescribing antibiotics and leaving me to suffer. Extremely disappointed with the lack of proper treatment and concern for my well being

Unfortunately seeing this dentist made my condition 10x worse and its currently Sunday and im enduring the worst pain ive ever experienced and now cannot be looked at until Monday, no painkillers are working

I’m am a complex patient due to health needs the dentist and staff were very caring, understanding, gentle whilst they carried out the necessary treatment. Due to my current health issues I managed to get very dizzy lost my balance and ended up in a heap on the floor, no reflection on the dentist this is normal for me. They were very kind waiting for me to be ok, helping me whilst they had a busy waiting room, I am so very grateful for their care and patience. I don’t have a dentist so they also helped me providing the correct contact details etc. I have a new dental appointment today. They also went above and beyond I have a growth in my throat that a&e, Ecue, Ct, Neuro all missed but the dentist picked up, checked up and advised I contact the GP for an urgent referral. As it’s not part of the general emergency dentist services they really have gone and beyond in their care. Thank you so much.

Thank you to everyone. I was in pain after a tooth extraction. Advised it was dry socket, the dentist was lovely, explained what was to be done every step of the way. Left feeling relieved to have been helped. Thank you again. 5* treatment.

within 1 hour of calling 111, being directed to the emergency dental practice phone line and being triaged i was able to speak to a dentist out of hours over the phone and receive an antibiotic prescription (for wisdom tooth infection). it was very quick and very easy - i only had to answer triaging questions and send a photograph over to the practice. i would highly recommend this service! thank you very much for helping me everyone at 111 and the dental practice you were brilliant

I had really bad pain in my top right tooth the pain was unbearable but as soon as I had the appointment I was relieved because my dentist would of saw me next week and I knew I couldn't wait that long I still felt pain in my tooth after I had my temporary filling bit after a couple hours the pain disappeared im really happy that the dentist helped me out and I will be definitely using him again if i ever need a emergency

I was in quite a lot of pain and worried, but the staff at reception were friendly and the dentist was kind hearted and took the time to explain what was going on, so I understood. He was friendly and they gave me a plan of action straight away, very happy with this process

I'm so grateful that I was seen this evening at the emergency dentist in Brighton I was desperately needing an extraction so I contacted the emergency dentist phone number and they gave me an appointment at 7:00 and this was in the evening after work so I went straight there and they were able to extract the tooth give me x-rays no problem at all it was virtually pain-free good and aesthetic and it saved me £400 of doing it privately.
