   I attended this practice following referral from NHS111 dental emergency service. The whole time I was in the practice I was treated with courtesy, dignity and kindness. The reception staff went above and beyond to ensure the treatment plan could go ahead in good time as I was in significant pain. The dentist was very considerate to my pain response during the examination and was more gentle than any previous dentist I have attended. It is a great shame that this practice does not accept new NHS patients or I would have registered immediately. I am grateful for the kindness and professionalism I received from entering to leaving.
