    I finally found a NHS practice...but my mistake i went to the wrong practice for my first check up as they were two doors apart from each other...I gave my name to the receptionist and told her time of my appointment...she looked at her screen and said take a seat...after an age of sitting there i get a text from dentist that i should be in who tells me i have broken the NHS rules by not turning up....I asked the receptionist what is happening she fjnally managed to stop singing to the radio and chatting to her mate and said you have no appointment here!! She had taken my name and time of appointment 45mins before and told me to sit down...through her disgusting customer service i lost my nhs service at the dentist a few doors away...

    This dentist send me for an xray on my teeth more than a month ago. I had appointment today 22/04 and a dentist I could barely understand informed me they had not received the xray He didn’t even know who I was so could not move forward for any treatment. Just a waste of time

    I made my way to the clinic to register as a new patient, where the receptionist informed me that they accept NHS patients and advised me to send my personal details via email for enrollment. After three weeks, I received a response confirming their acceptance of NHS members. I replied, acknowledging that I was already aware of this information based on what I had been told at the clinic. As I have yet to receive further communication, I called the head office twice and was assured that a manager would reach out to me; however, it has now been a week without any follow-up.
