    On Tuesday I phoned to say I had lost half a tooth / filling leaving a large hole in my teeth. I was told to call back on Wednesday at 9am which I did & had to leave a message. I heard nothing & phoned back around 10:30, left another message, heard nothing. So around lunch time I drove over to ask for an appointment & was told quite curtley “we’ve been busy”. I did get an appointment & was happy to be seen that afternoon. I accept people get busy but disappointed there was no call back & would have appreciated a bit more courtesy when I called round. Bottom line is I was ultimately very happy to be seen to & with the treatment I received from the dentist.

    Dear Michael, Thank you for your feedback and trusting Honour Health with your dental care. We are sorry to hear your recent experience with the reception team was not to your satisfaction and we aim to feedback all reviews to the team, to improve our service. We have been extremely busy recently, especially on Tuesday mornings given the number of bank holidays we have had this month. The reception team work their hardest to reply to patients and triage emergency appointments with those in severe pain with facial swellings being seen first. This often means it can take a full morning to go through all other emergency appointment calls and it means that our emergency appointments get booked up extremely fast and we therefore ask patients to call back the following day. We have opened more emergency NHS clinics to help accommodate the increasing number of patients requiring emergency appointments and we hope this will mean patients will be seen more promptly. We are happy to hear that you were seen by a Dentist and you were happy with your treatment. Thank you again for your feedback as it helps us improve our service to maintain our high standards. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
