Very patient and helpful receptionist when I phoned for appointment. Dentist was considerate and I felt very well looked after during my procedure. Following the extraction I was given time to recover then escorted down the stairs to make sure I exited the building safely.

Service is excellent. Dentist treats you with respect, explaining every procedure needed to be taken in great detail. The service makes you feel at ease.

As always everyone most helpful and pleasant. The dentist took the time to explain each step of my procedure as it was carried out., and his assistant and the reception staff were very friendly and capable.

I am very satisfied with the recent treatment I received. Also the professionalism and helpfulness of of the dentist and reception staff, and being able to get treatment at short notice.

I rang the practice in the morning for an urgent appointment for my daughter who lost a filling the night before. We got an appointment same day, after school and met with an amazing, knowledgeabke, understanding, patient and kids friendly dentist. She explained that there is a decay in my daughter tooth and she will need to numb the area. My daughter paniced but the dentist was very professional in handling the situation. She explained calmly the options and the risk of not removing it. My daughter chose to get the decay removed without numbness and it worked! Tooth cleaned, new filling in, great experience and happy child in 30 mins. Thank you

Appointments were running 30 mins late which I wasn’t told when I arrived. At the end of the wait, I then saw a different dentist to the one I booked. She was lovely but I had waited for an appointment to see my usual dentist and so was disappointed after my long wait on the day that I had no option to see him.

The check up was thorough and helpful as the dentist took time to explain everything including how better to focus on cleaning etc.

I mentioned a tooth at the back hurt and I wasn’t quizzed about it or told to give more information about it. i was told it was my wisdom tooth. Since coming away I can feel that it is another tooth that is hurting so am disappointed that this wasn’t looked into.
