   I like this practice very much and would recommend it to friends and family but there are some things that annoy me. They contact you too much!! Two days before your appointment you receive a reminder text message about your appointment and the day after the text is sent (the day before your appointment) the receptionist phones you to remind you about your appointment tomorrow...this doesn't make much sense to me. Isn't the text message enough? they once practically harassed me with text messages for me to click on link to complete medical history and another text to answer questions about Colosseum Dental Group which I did not want to do, I think we should be asked if we would like to receive sms messages from them when registering with the practice instead they take the liberty of sending them to us and that's not right. This is one of the reasons I have cut back on giving my mobile number to companies, I give my landline now, because I have more peace.
