Holmoak is such a wonderful practice. I have been coming here for 15 years and the receptionist are always so lovely, friendly and helpful. Every dentist I have seen over the years has done a great job. They make you feel like a valued patient and I could not recommend the practice enough. Thank you

Sania is a brilliant dentist, very knowledgeable, and puts you at ease, very personable. Her assistant, other staff all very friendly. Lovely clean, tidy practice too. So glad I've found this dentist!

Last week had a senior dentist advise needed work and another dentist would do it. He was a new dentist he quickly put me at my ease introduced me to dental nurse. Then did the very intricate work checking regular if I was ok and asked senior dentist to check with gentle humour -Great to see newdentist please keep him thank you !!

Dental treatment is very personal and patient experiences vary a lot, but nevertheless I'm surprised by some of the poor reports below. My wife and I have both had NHS and private treatment at Holmoak. We've found the practice efficient and the dental treatment good. In particular, the reception staff were extremely helpful in trying to fit us in at short notice. In my experience, I would recommend this practice.

Have had multiple NHS appointments for my kids cancelled by at short notice, including on the day of the appointment, despite interestingly the dentist still seeing other, likely private, patients. When asked to speak to the manager, the receptionist put the phone down on me! Disappointing. Most unprofessional.

I have been to this practice for many many years, but every visit my dentist changed. The check up used to be around 15 minutes with a full check of teeth gums jaw and scale and polish. Todays visit was under 1 minute look in mouth asked assist when last X-rays did not even poke the gums just looked and said seems all ok instead of 6 months are you happy to change to 12 months and tried to sell e a sand blast clean which he said would be £150 as not on NHS. Every time I go now I seem to be pushed to have something not on the NHS . This practice was always about the patience now seems to be a revenue sales pitch

Thank you for speedily and efficiently repairing my tooth. The treatment was carried out with great respect and care. I am quite anxious when visiting a dentist. Thank you for putting me at ease.

I had a problem. Phoned late morning Monday. Phone answered promptly and appointment made for the following afternoon. Problem sorted. Half yearly check up due Mid-May. I asked to be contacted if they had an earlier cancellation. Contacted me a fortnight later.
