When I first started coming to this surgery, it was after years of avoiding dentists due to poor treatment at the previous practice I was attending. I was frightened, very emotional, and cried my eyes out. The staff were so good and patient with me that I left feeling exhausted but relatively happy. I used headphones to block out noise and the dentist would tap me on the shoulder if they needed me to do anything. These days I go in to the examination room, sit down headphone-free, and I'm out again within a few minutes. Completing the necessary forms prior to visiting is a great time-saver. Using the online contact for changing appointments is easy. I genuinely couldn't ask for better care, and I thank each and every staff member who works there for creating an environment in which I feel comfortable.

I was very pleased with the treatment I got and would be happy to recommend him to my friends and family. I had three fillings and there was no pain at all

The service I received was professional yet friendly, delivered with care and consideration. I needed a new plate with more teeth and it was moulded one day and fitted the next, fantastic service!!

Receptionists were helpful, polite and professional. Communication regarding appointments was excellent. This was for a check up. My dentist was thorough and explained what needed doing and why as I had a chipped filling. I have been booked in within a week for the procedure.

Purely based on the experience of my recent appointment; I was advised upon arrival the dentist was running late, this cannot be helped on some occasions and I have no problem with this, however this shouldn't impact on following patients. I felt rushed in an attempt to claw time back. In addition to this the advice provided during the appointment was delivered in a hurried way and on occasion on a patronising manner. The examination time was significantly less than the after consultation verbal exchange which left me feeling incompetent! During the same visit I had a second appointment with another professional. Sadly, as the surgery was running behind this then impacted on my second appointment; once again this was rushed and on reflection I am unsure of the whole treatment was actually delivered. Furthermore the rushing led to trauma being caused by way of a cut in mouth. Whilst an apology was offered and accepted at the time I would be reluctant to follow recommendations in the future if such a treatment is required. On a positive note, the reception staff were helpful, pleasant and patient.

Great comunication skills and let me know exactly what my issue was with my crown that fell out, and clearly gave me the options I had to rectify it. made me feel totally at ease for my extraction on a large rear tooth. Great dentist would highly recommend!!!!!

Always friendly and professional. After years of dreading the dentist ( due to a bad experience) they have restored my faith in the Dentist. Always make you feel at ease explaining what/why they are doing any treatments. Highly satisfied

I came recently for a routine checkup, advice given and I will be back for another checkup in 6 months. Would recommend, I have been a patient for over 10 years.

Went to the dentist with toothache, he was very efficient and pulled the tooth out there and then. I've had no problems since seeing him with the extraction.
