After being with this dentist for years (including my 2 children) I was horrified to ring them and be told I was no longer with them. This was after contacting them a year ago and was told I was still with them. No communication to advise me I was no longer with them. Nobody told me a year ago to book a check up or I would be taken off their books. Was told I was sent texts which was completely untrue. I had lost track when I last had a check up but surely an organisation should contact you to inform you that they have taken you off their books. Would not even give me the surname of the manager. What a terrible way to treat people.

I’ve been with this practice for 5 years and their staff have always been great all round. However, within the past year, it has been impossible to book an appointment without a 6 week (minimum) wait. Anyone who has had dental problems will be aware that 6 hours of pain is intolerable- let alone 6 weeks. I appreciate the strain on funding but at the moment, the system isn’t fit for purpose.
