   This practise needs investigating . Missed an appointment and book you in then cancel a day or two before . It’s really bad . Just come up with excuses. Cancelled on me last 2 times treating it like a game .

   My appointments were given months away and then cancelled by the surgery a day before, this happened multiple times. Then they have a problem when I complain about this neglect and remove me from their books.
