   I went to get my tooth checked due to a hole in my tooth. I had a phone call yesterday to confirm the time of 4:30. I went in today at 4:20 and got told by the receptionist that I must be “lying” and “not telling the truth” about the time as they had me down at 4pm. I explained that the two phone calls I had said 4:30 and they told me to leave as they will not see me and gave me really horrible looks. As well as this, they did not say anything nice to reassure me it was not my entire fault as I got told 4:30pm by two different people. My parents phoned and when my mum phoned to complain to the receptionist they said my name without my mum even mentioning my name, meaning they said my full name to my mum even though they did not know it was my mum. They were also unkind to my dad when he phoned to complain as they mad me cry as they were so horrible. As well as that, the last two times I have gone they have “forgotten” about me and left me waiting for over an hour without any apology. When I mentioned this today they said that has nothing to do with me, even though it did as they have left me waiting. Also, they let a man in a suit go before me for no reason even though his appointment was 45 minutes after mine.
