While I had to wait for 20 minutes into my appointment time, the treatment I received was very caring and excellent.

I joined a waiting list to be a NHS customer. After a short l was contacted tocadvise i had been accepted as an NHS patient. I made an appointment for aboutv2cweeks later. Unfortunately, in the meantime, i got a toothache and my first appointment was to check and treat my pain. I returned 2 weeks later following a course of antibiotics and had an extraction.

I was totally satisfied with the treatment I received for a tooth extraction. Everything was explained to me and any queries I had were answered quickly and settled my mind. The procedure was pain free and I felt I was in good hands and have since healed very quickly.

Like most people I'm nervous when going to have a check up because I anticipate all sorts of treatment being suggested, but usually I'm in and out in no time. It's also reassuring to see the same dentist each time because you build up a rapport and trust with them. I'm always given information and advise about how to maintain oral hygiene which i appreciate.

I attended the surgery for my half yearly check up. I was seen in a very timely manner and was dealt with in a very professional and pleasant way. Overall I was very pleased with the standard of care that I received today.

We have been at Harold’s Way DC for some time now. My children actually love coming to see Simi for their check ups and she has made them fearless of the experience of visiting the dentist but more importantly, she has instilled, alongside us as parents, the importance of looking after their teeth. It’s always a pleasure popping in for our check ups and reviews.
