Very happy with the treatment, the best I have had for a very long time. New crown fitted and sitts beautifully on the existing root and does not interfere with the opposite tooth or surrounding ones.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. Dentist does a great job. I’ve always been very anxious about visiting any dentist, but this team take time to listen and reassure.

I registered with this dentist a few months back and booked an appointment. I later cancelled this appointment 48h before. Today I ring up to book as I have broken my tooth. The branch manager answers, and tells me that Im no longer registered with them because I cancelled the previous one. Absolutely disgusting. I was never informed that I was removed, and the person on the phone's attitude was that of an angsty teenager who could not care less. Do not go here if you have any other choice.

My children have loved coming here, the dentist is so so patient and calm and explains everything so well and reassures everyone. My 13 year old had 4 baby teeth removed with no issues. I myself being very apprehensive about dentists have returned and found the whole experience so reassuring. So glad to have such an excellent practice back in Helmsley, great team!

I had my check up today. Very impressed with the alterations and the friendly staff. Give them time and Helmsley will be grateful for their persistence in reopening.

The dentist was running at least one hour behind his schedule. In the end I had to reschedule my appointment for a later date .

I had an emergency appointment at this dentist, booked via 111. A back molar had cracked at the gums. The only thing the dentist did to the tooth was shave off some of the top and pop in a temporary filling. I'm now having to have the whole tooth removed because it was not correctly treated at the time. I guess it was the end of the day and the dentist wanted to get home sooner rather than later.

As an extremely nervous patient I was put at ease the moment I went through the door. In the treatment room the dentist took his time to explain everything and the procedure was painless. I will no longer feel anxious when visiting the dentist and highly recommend this practice
