Called in to ask a question about perhaps becoming a new patient, excepted the answer that the intake was small for nhs treatments , and made for the door ,the lady was quite abrupt and when she knew I did have a dentist decided to lecture me on how lucky I was ( which I know ) but I needed a second opinion on treatment and this dentist has a very good reputation in the area ,and I was hoping to move there if possible and I was quite expecting a no but hadn’t expected the rudeness ,this lady gave me the lecture in front of a waiting patient she may have had a bad day but I get the feeling she is possibly grumpy at all times .

I was really surprised that someone is still accepting new NHS patients, when I suddenly started to have problems with my teeth. I am really pleased with all staff members that I have met, they are very friendly. The dentist is skilled, explained everything that was being done step by step, and I am so far very happy with all the work that's been carried. Thank you.
