   Will not offer free or discounted treatment for folk on Jobseekers Allowance for emergency work. Advised me of the fact after I had arrived at the surgery late Friday afternoon and too late to find an alternative

   Dear patient, Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry to hear of your experience and for the inconvenience you have experienced. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free or discounted treatment to patients on Jobseekers Allowance under the terms of our NHS contract. I'm very sorry if this was not mentioned to you at the time you booked your appointment, and will ensure that our Reception team endeavour to learn from this, and ensure they inform patients at the time of booking.
