Extremely thorough inspection by someone as rare as hens teeth...a new NHS dentist. A bit of a clesn as well. Very very impressed.

Waiting time made things very difficult as I had other committments and was not expecting it. Dentist very pleasant but so terribly slow.

I was very happy with service provided by the young dentist. She was very informative about the way she was going to conduct the checks and as I am quite nervous the dentist took great care making me feel very comfortable with the checks and advice of how to take further care of my teeth.

Pleasant staff, but long delay in getting follow up appointments leaving damaged teeth exposed to more ware and posible decay.

The new dentist was very pleasant and polite. She explained fully what she would like to do and how she was going to do it. At one point asking if I would mind if she got a second opinion

Receptionists very welcoming and helpful . Dentist and staff were exellent at providing me with advice and the best possible care .Most of all the dental surgeon was very caring and listened to me . He also explained fully what my further treatment involved step by step .A very caring and considerate dental practice .Thankyou

The dentist was very good...highly recommended. Very professional, and approachable. i have been with this practice many years, they are always very professional and the service cannot be faulted...long may their NHS provision continue.

As always, the service is very good. My only criticism is that I was on time (early in fact) for my appointment, but because the person before was late that meant my appointment was nearly 15 minutes late too. I’m not really sure why I couldn’t have had the earlier appointment and the late person have mine. Understandably you don’t like people being late, but that works both ways.
