   Been attending this practice for some years and standard care has been fine (although appointments regularly get moved). Called up this morning as have had a toothache all week, first was on hold for 20 mins then the call hung up, second time was quicker only to be told that their next appointment, emergency or not, was on the 22nd February - two weeks away! I'm guessing that if I call back and offer to pay for a private emergency appointment that it would have been a lot quicker...

   Receptionist came across extremely rude and disgruntled! This kind of behaviour is not professional and staff should be trained appropriately!
