Our son had an appointment at 4.45 pm. We were 8 minutes late for the scheduled appointment about which we apologised as we had to travel from Elstree which is where his School is and get to Harrow. However, we were categorically dismissed and sent away asking to book another appointment for which the waiting time is approximately 6 weeks. To penalise for being late owing to traffic and other external factors and also considering this is an after school appointment some measured and compassionate approach could go a long way. I wouldn't touch this surgery with a bargepole as this is just another commercial venture with an NHS label. Furthermore, the surgery doesn't even have a door bell to notify them of your presence. You are meant to stand outside and knock relentlessly to gain attention or call the surgery to notify you are waiting outside which is unacceptable considering the hard nose approach adopted by this surgery A very unpleasant experience indeed.

The dentists are very patient and has managed my complex case very well. She explains my options and answers my questions very well. Would recommend to all.
