I have to say that my experience at the Guilden Sutton Dental Practice is excellent, I can honestly say that I am so lucky to have found it. The dentists are exceptional, the reception team go out of there way to be helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

I feel very lucky to have been able to register with such a nice local practice. Super friendly staff, short waits once there and I've had no problem booking an appointment that isn't months away. They treated me with an emergency procedure promptly and with compassion. Definitely would recommend.

Review titled No protection for vulnerable people against COVID

Nobody wears a face mask inside the practice. The receptionist was very rude when I mentioned that this is very dangerous for people who are still vulnerable. The receptionist then spend a long time inside the dental theatre talking to the dentist without wearing a mask. I was then invited to the same room. The dentist was wearing a mask but told me that not wearing masks inside the practice is their policy and asked me if I still want to be treated. Since I then did not want to remove my face mask I declined and left the practice. I will look for a dental practice that protect their patients properly, if NHS rules does not cover my dental health then I go privately.
