A really friendly dentist, appointment was on time, and the dentist was really informative about what he had found and what options there were available to me. Could not find any fault (as long as you're okay with walking a couple of flights of stairs).

I have been using this practice for many years as I like the way they work. You make an appointment, they send you a confirmation email, and a few days prior to the appointment they send you forms to complete with regards to your general health, current medication that is being taken, which I assume saves time in the surgery, this also acts as a reminder of the time and date. On arrival, if reception are not busy you are greeted with a smile, and signed in, if they are busy, (on the phone with other patients) you can check in easily electronically. My Dentist and his nurse are excellent, you are collected from the waiting area, taken to the Dentists room, greeted asked if you are well and then seated in the chair. If you have any concerns the Dentist listens and then proceeds accordingly. I believe regular visits are important, over the years with Greytown Surgery have been excellent with treatment and advice.

I checked in on the tablet and was still checked on to unsure everything was well. The wait time was very little and i got seen to quickly, a small chat at the start and end and i was respected and treated well during the check up. The checkout and booking for another appointment was seamless and easy. Bonus - i wasn't asked any questions while i had two fists in my mouth during the check up, so now awkward grunts of yes or no.

Hello, this is a friendly, professional and efficient practice. However, the exterior doors into the building are very heavy and awkward. Can this be remedied? You then need to be able to walk up/down 2 flights of steep stairs to access the practice. A lift, or a move into the empty space at street level, would make a big positive difference to who can access this lovely practice. Existing long-term dental patients will be lost when they become injured or, for other reasons, unable to climb the stairs any more.

New to the practice, years off being an extremely nervous patient. Greytown dental have been extremely kind and caring towards me and have already taken up a lot of time to give me treatment through the new NHS dental scheme. Now I have finally found such a wonderful dentist I just prey she will still treat me when the scheme is over.

Dentist made me feel very safe and well cared for. He was very kind and gave brilliant service. Helpful receptionist. They made me feel that my health was important.
