    I went for a check up this morning with the newly appointed dentist. He took time to introduce himself and gave full explanations of what was happening with my teeth together with advice of on-going care.

    Went there for a few fillings and an upper denture. Denture was made poorly as the manager claimed and two of my teeth were destroyed from digging too deep for fillings. Paid for the dentures and 6 months later even though I never got them, still waiting for a refund. Embarrassingly bad for NHS

    Offered appointments before the practice opens turned up to wait outside, sat in waiting room for over 45 mins for a 2 min appointment to collect a retainer. Dentists are good at what they do but the receptionists are immensely disorganised. After collecting my retainer I was called once I was home to see if I needed impressions taking or a future appointment booked in. I had booked my next appointment before I left. Better receptionists with good customer service would make the practice great!
