All the staff were very friendly. I am an anxious patient and the Dentist was caring, patient & understanding with me.

Very caring treatment for my wife who has Lewy Body dementia. Could consider a change of speaker channel as current Heart channel is so sad

Consistent in cancelling appointments. Very good at rebooking 3 months in advance with the view to cancelling it again.

The hygienist was very knowledgeable, and provided great information and demonstrated the correct way to floss and use the small brushes

Hi I had impressions taken this morning for a new plate which went well but was very disappointed when told the first appointment to go back to have a fitting wouldn’t be till 5th March. That seems an awful long wait before I get to the next stage. Unfortunately my present plate has a crack in it so am just hoping that it holds out till then.

Although uncomfortable having a filling in the back of your mouth, she did a great job & it was not as bad as I thought it was going to be .

2 receptionists at desk. 1 was on a call, 1 walked in a couple mins later. Would have been nice to be acknolwdged instead of ignored. A simple good morning from either would have sufficed.
