Everybody so nice and welcoming james has been so welcoming when for me getting me on the chair lol also his helping hand not sure of her name but she is also wonderful i feel so at ease at all my apointments so gental with me reception staff also great and polite would highly reccomend this practice ?? x

Had a sore mouth after tooth extraction and thought it was infected. Was seen and treated the same day. Very good service.

Practice is clean, Staff are always very friendly and do their best to accommodate your needs, dentist was professional and genuinely provides the best care and advice

It was my first appointment today and because I have a ileostomy and the high sugar diet and constant dry mouth I was so worried, but the dentist listened to me about everything and she could understand my worries because of the illness I have I’m scared of losing my teeth ! She gave me advice on brushing and cleaning in between my teeth with different products which I didn’t know if I could use it. Also gave me a high fluoride toothpaste to help strengthen them , I’ve been to other dentist over the years and the lady dentist made me feel comfortable and put my mind at ease also listened and I was so grateful she did , best dentist and I’ve only been once . Also the receptionist were really helpful and really nice and so welcoming

Came to my appointment and was given mouth guard to take up to my appointment to be fitted, after waiting 25 minutes I was told by the nurse I don’t need to go to my appointment and can leave with the mouth guard, without fitting. Very poor I was sat waiting for 25 minutes late for my appointment time before I was informed I could leave.

The hygienist was extremely kind and tentative i wasnt under pain at any time whilst having my teeth cleaned and wouldnt hesitate in recommending her to either a family member or friend great communication and was at ease throughout the appointment I'd give 6 stars if i could

I was seen within a couple of days and the treatment I received was first rate. Very friendly reception ! Which is a must … most people very nervous when visiting a dentist.

My appointment was 11.20 I didn’t get seen until 11.50 . When I entered the dentist’s room the floor was wet making it a slip hazard. I feel my check up was rushed due to the dentist running late .
