The dentist and nurses who treated my son for a tooth extraction were kind and caring and made him feel safe and reassured about the procedure, but also made him laugh lots! The receptionist who greeted us was also very friendly. The nurse who talked us through the procedure explained things in a really clear way my son could understand and made him feel at ease as he’d been very nervous. The dentist explained everything to him too so that he knew what to expect and the procedure was very quick and painless. Another nurse held his hand and talked to him the whole time. The after care was also explained really well. Clearly, we hope never to have to go back, but we feel very lucky to have been cared for by such a wonderful caring, passionate, funny team.

I attended this practice with my son today who was due to have tooth extracted via sedation. The whole process was so smooth and the care given to my son was exceptional. When I asked him how many stars they deserved out of 5 he said a million, and given his nerves before we went this is amazing. They made him feel completely at ease describing everything to him (not me) in language he could understand. I would have no hesitancy in coming to this practice again if any of my family needed treatment and even greater praise from my son who said he wouldn't mind going there again!

I was booked in for.8 o'clock today I was sedated. I was back out by 8/17.i had 3 teeth out including.lower impact wisdom tooth.the after care man was lovely.made me laugh thankyou so much all.

I had an extraction of two teeth today and the staff were amazing they talked me through everything as it was happening and overall they were so friendly and kind.highly recommended them Ps:the singing and dances were great to.

I came along yesterday to have 3 extractions. I was really nervous. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile. Everyone was so cheerful and put meat ease. I have no recall of the extractions at all!! Thank you all for being so absolutely lovely. Mark

My son today had to receive a filling under sedation. He is absolutely terrified of having anything done but the staff were patient, reassuring and just absolutely amazing! The staff were singing, joking and make the whole experience just that little bit better. Absolute diamonds!

I was very nervous at the outset (from previous experiences) but I needn’t have worried - I was put at my ease - all was very professional - all the staff were superb. Thank you all very much - I didn’t feel a thing!

Today I had a tooth root extraction carried out under sedation. Although I was feeling very nervous the extraction was done with speed And professionalism. Thank you to all the staff involved I was extremely lucky and was given a cancellation appointment 5 days after receiving a letter to phone for an appointment.

My daughter had an extraction under sedation this morning. All the staff were amazing. Kind, caring and supportive. The surgeon was friendly and calming as my daughter was very nervous. After care was amazing too. Highly recommend this practice.

i found gibralta house so good,i could find no NHS dentists in my home town of maidstone,so a friend suggested gibralta house,the dentist i saw was so kind and gentle,i was so nervouse,i need not have worried,best dentist i have ever been too,thank you gibralta house and staff
