The dentist and nurses who treated my son for a tooth extraction were kind and caring and made him feel safe and reassured about the procedure, but also made him laugh lots! The receptionist who greeted us was also very friendly. The nurse who talked us through the procedure explained things in a really clear way my son could understand and made him feel at ease as he’d been very nervous. The dentist explained everything to him too so that he knew what to expect and the procedure was very quick and painless. Another nurse held his hand and talked to him the whole time. The after care was also explained really well. Clearly, we hope never to have to go back, but we feel very lucky to have been cared for by such a wonderful caring, passionate, funny team.

I attended this practice with my son today who was due to have tooth extracted via sedation. The whole process was so smooth and the care given to my son was exceptional. When I asked him how many stars they deserved out of 5 he said a million, and given his nerves before we went this is amazing. They made him feel completely at ease describing everything to him (not me) in language he could understand. I would have no hesitancy in coming to this practice again if any of my family needed treatment and even greater praise from my son who said he wouldn't mind going there again!
