The hygienist was very nice and pleasant in her manner the process was a bit heavy handed and di not feel that thorough I was covered in spray from the process and the hygienist tried to be helpful by getting rid of all the moisture on my face but just wiped it repeatedly in quiet heavy handed manner smearing the moisture further across my face the clean did not feel as thorough and previous hygienist visits I have had at the same establishment She was very kind and polite but I'd rather use a different hygienist next time

I recently left my private dentist as I was increasingly experiencing increased prices and shorter appointments. Plus the constant upselling! So glad I switched to Albion Dentist - I was made to feel welcome, and good about how I've been looking after my teeth! Not an attempt to sell me other services in sight. Brilliant!

I had treatment from my dentist, she recommended brushing my teeth with a certain toothpaste for a period of time. I emailed the surgery the next day as I had forgotten the time period, they asked my dentist and emailed me back with the answer

I arrived 15 minutes early and was called in 5 minutes early, and treatment was entirely trouble-free, and I was able to catch an earlier bus home. Friendly staff. Sunny day. Perfect! The reason why I have replied "Neither likely nor unlikely" to recommendation is because I live out of town and no-one I know lives anywhere near the practice so are unlikely to benefit anyway.

Emergency treatment was needed. The practice responded quickly with an appointment date and carried out the procedure with great efficiency and professionalism.

I had a cleaning session, which went really well. The dentist was very gentle, inserting the needle into my gums. The cleaning was very good and I didn't feel any pain or discomfort, during the execution. I was very satisfied with the results.

Always a pleasure to visit this Dental Practice, your put at ease as soon as you walk through the door. The receptionists through to the assistants & Dentists are always friendly & Helpful. I have been going here for many years & have always been impressed with the service i receive.

Efficient receptionists, Dentist and Hygienist both nice and gave advice that I understood and can now do and want further her treatment that was suggested.

I had quite a few recent visits to Albion Dental and all of them I can only describe as amazing (as amazing as a visit to the dentist can be). The reception team was very friendly and competent, they made sure they offered appointments that can fit my busy schedule and were very supportive, professional and competent. The dentist I saw was more than great, considering the fact I'm very particular patient and can get quite anxious. The dentist was kind, very careful, calm and competent, understanding and the treatment I was provided with was of the highest possible quality. I'm very pleased with the whole experience, I have been and will be recommending the practice to friends and colleagues. I don't have any recommendations, I can only hope and wish the team will keep on providing the great services they currently provide.
