   I was a new patient at this practice and had been recommended by a friend. As a former dentist I had unfortunately neglected my teeth and had not been for many years. As a result I had awful toothache. The dentist saw me immediately and did a thorough examination and took an X-ray of the offending tooth. It was decided between us that it would be best to have the tooth taken out. The injection was pain free and even though it wasn’t the easiest tooth to take out I really didn’t feel anything. He was talking all through the procedure which I found really helpful as it distracts you from what is going on. His nurse was also great. She was kind and caring and they worked together really well to make it as pleasant an experience as possible. I will definitely be going back to get anything else which needs doing sorted. Thank you to all the team at Genix Tickhill. 5 stars
