My 6-monthly checkup experience was a pleasure from start to finish. I was sent a link to their app which I installed with ease. I updated my details on line before the appointment so I was able to go straight in on arrival. My dentist was my dentist and was chatting and cheery throughout, putting me at ease. He checked my teeth, tongue and mouth, explaining everything as he went. I would recommend both the dentist (unable to give his name as against the rules 👎) and the practice team to anybody.

I had to make an emergency appointment due to a filling coming loose. I was seen the same day,I would just like to thank the members of staff concerned for arranging this appointment so quickly and efficiently,I am extremely grateful. Always excellent customer service whether it being an emergency or a check up. Thanks again everyone.

Me and my Brother and Mam, have been coming to Genix at Marske for many years, and we get the very best care from our Dentist Mr R, the very best customer service from the reception team, and the very best care from everyone at Genix Marske. In compliance with the NHS policies, I am not allowed to use first or surnames of anyone specific from the practice, but the whole team is fantastic, and me, my Mam and Brother always get the very best care! We all collectively give Genix at Marske the full five star rating, and thank you for your ongoing care to us all! God Bless You All, G

From the moment you make contact with the Surgery you are put at ease with their friendliness and professionalism. My Dentist fully explained my options and being a nervous patient I fully appreciated that I can't recommend them enough.

Needed to see dentist as had cracked a tooth while on holiday, got in to see a dentist that same week and treatment carried out a few days later. Staff always polite.

Had a filling and clean today no pain whatsoever fantastic treatment thank you . Both staff members where excellent and put me at ease . Reception staff where brilliant

Male dentist and the dental nurse where professional and put me at ease I got seen the same day I rang up. Couldn't fault my treatment would thoroughly recommend the service
