Tried to call this morning. After 30 minutes decided to take the 'call back' option. Was then told the message box was full and the call ended. Practice manager needs to sort this put.

I had 2 new crowns fitted and this was done very efficiently (and painlessly!) and I am very pleased with the result. I would certainly return to the dentist for any future cosmetic workand would not hesitate to recommend

I lost a whole filling whilst eating lunch recently. When I phoned the practice to make an appointment to replace this, my own dentist was away on holiday, but an appointment was made fairly quickly with another dentist who did a very good job of replacing the missing filling and it is now just fine.

Always had very good service from Genix, Cirencester. Seen on time with gentle and understanding dentist’s . I know this, as I’m still apprehensive about going to the dentist!

I love this practice! Everyone is so friendly, helpful and welcoming. I have a fear of the dentist but these guys always do everything they can to make me feel at ease. The staff are brilliant!

There is aption when you call them to preas a option to take new NHS patienta wich is not.Like all others,strangely in this country this is not a priority even something important.Very sad,my husband been with a very swolled face and unlesse he pay for a private dentist,the inflamation/infection can became something very serious.

Had scheduled check up and descaling. At same time highlighted repair needed for permanent brace on lower teeth as one end coming adrift. Was repaired ten and there, no need for wait. All explained and quickly completed. Been here over 6 times in 2 years and always impressed with support and treatments.

Went for first time as new patient last week - great service. Had check up and xrays, and went back for filling today. Dentist was very efficient and all the staff were very friendly. In and out in 20 minutes. Overall great experience.

I’ve been with them for some years and I’ve had excellent service particularly my current dentist. She’s wonderful. The staff are all great too. Highly recommended

My family and I have been with this dentist for many years, every time we go we get a great service, the children are always treated very well and actually enjoy going to the dentist, which is amazing considering I have one who is a bit nervous. Would highly recommend.
