I've been seen twice by the lovely folks at Genix, once as emergency and once as a standard appointment. They have been friendly and accommodating, and have put me at ease each time. I was able to have a checkup and quick cleaning all at once rather than needing a second appointment, which helped me as a mum who has to arrange childcare to attend. I would highly recommend this practice and appreciate everyone involved

Over the last 4 weeks I have had two circumstances which required me to see the Dentist at short notice. Both times I was seen within 24 hrs of my phone call, and I received an excellent and professional service addressing my problem. I have been using Genix NHS service for 5 years, and I have found the staff to be very friendly, considerate and professional.

Only a six month check up, but seen on time and back out the door in the minimum of time! XRays explained and recommendations to prevent future treatment….

I was seen on time by a lovely dentist and his assistant for a check up. I was also given an x-ray to check for hidden decay, plus a clean, as I hadn't had an appointment before lockdown. They both made me feel calm and the dentist was a jolly chap. I enjoyed my visit and would recommend the practice.
