The treatment was meant to be 1 hr scale and clean the doctor was half hour late , he again tested the pockets so he tested them the previous appointment, I received a quick scale after, it wasn’t really what I was told on the prev appointment where a deep clean and scale was mentioned. I waited as it is hard to get new appointments due my to Work schedule, So overall nhs treatment seems to have scaled back, you seem to not supply polish or deep cleans so twice I meant to come back for that and twice I ended up with different activities, I don’t feel you provide the proper services.

Dentist made me feel completely at ease and did everything to help the situation, even got a second opinion which was great.

It is very respect and friendly. But unfortunately wait bit longer. Ive anxiety and ADHD also im full deaf dont like wait bit longer.

Friendly and patient reception staff, felt the dental practitioner was exceptional in their job role at dealing with my circumstances and took appropriate measures by taking an X-ray and provided a great treatment plan moving forwards. Thankyou.

Absolute professionalism by all staff. Also, was really impressed by the male dental nurse. He was very efficient in assisting the dentist. The receptionist was also extremely friendly.

I was immediately checked in, seen at my appointment time, assessed, teeth cleaned, advised, next appointment booked and on my way with no fuss. It couldn’t have gone any better.
