Attentive staff-made a fuss of the children to make them at ease. Got our new baby registered with ease and excellent service from this in reception to those in the treatment room. Thank you

My appointment time was convenient and there wasn’t a lengthy wait for the appointment. Trying to get through on the phone was rather difficult and I ended up physically going into the surgery to book the appointment. The first receptionist I spoke to did give me some incorrect advice about hospital referrals which wasn’t actually what I had been asking about anyway but the other receptionist was very knowledgeable and provided helpful information. The dentist was very thorough this time and I felt listened to and that my concerns were addressed. Overall a good visit and I was able to book my next appointment at the end of the visit too.
