Finished my treatment today consisting of 6 appointments all of which were on time and all aspects of the treatment were perfectly articulated to me Gainsborough Dental Care is excellently run from the reception staff who are all very polite and courteous to the dentist who i see who is very proffesional spends time explaining the treatment and who cannot be faulted

They are quick to ask for money but poor in handling customer. Disrespectful and failed to honour appointments. When you complain they get on defensive and become rude. Avoid

Dear Patient Thank you for your feedback and taking time to leave them Not the case with our team based upon the numerous feedback from happy patients. We find that some very few patients who are not our regular patients can be very rude and demanding and leave negative comments . kind regards

I called yesterday to get an emergency NHS appointment and was told to call back today as they was full. Called at 10am to hopefully get seen to be told by a standoffish receptionist that because I had been seen as an NHS emergency patient in the past they won't see me as an NHS emergency patient again and it would cost me £80 just to get looked at. After speaking to 111 and informing them of what I was told this morning NHS 111 advised this is something they can do as they are supposed to be an NHS emergency dentist.

Excellent service. I chipped a tooth and within 48 hours I'd been given an appointment and had my tooth filled. Lovely friendly staff. Super easy to book appointment and pay for it.

I have been a patient for a number of years and have always been happy with the service provided. All of the staff are dedicated and professional. The pace of consultations is very relaxed and remarkably thorough. Any issues found are discussed, including the options available and costs (if any), before any further action is taken. I would recommend that anyone seeking a dentist contact the surgery.

Very caring staff, I'm terrified of the dentist but the dentist and staff were so kind and patient with me during my many emergency appointments and treatments , would definitely recommend.

Genuinely care for your treatment, calm atmosphere , spotlessly clean. friendly greeting from all staff. Everything in treatment plan explained fully in a calm manner , All staff put you at ease. Highly recommend. Thank you for giving me my smile back.

My family and I have been patients here for several years and we have found the practice to provide excellent care. The dentists and staff are all friendly and professional. It is very clean and Covid rules are adhered to. I would have no problem in recommending the practice.
